Ajibola is a brilliant accounting and finance professional with extensive accounting, audit, consulting, compliance, and management experience.

He is a Fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also a certified Financial Modelling Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and a Registered Professional with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC)

He started his career in Deloitte Nigeria and USA where he rose through the ranks to Manager Level within a short space of time.

Over the years, he gained international exposure from working with multinational organizations in multi-locations in Africa, North America, and Europe.

Ajibola is skilled in financial statement reporting, control and compliance, working capital management, treasury management and regulatory compliance.

He possesses strong strategic agility, critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills to understand underlying business drivers and key relationships that drive organizational growth.

He has led countless teams over the course his career where he developed strong teamwork skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation skills, and change management skills, among others.

Ajibola believes that small businesses form the backbone of the economy and is deeply passionate about helping small businesses have access to resources and knowledge to help them grow. He sits on the management board of a few to help with strategy.
